The property is a new build, completed in 2005 and sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably.
Master bedroom: 1 double bed with en suite shower room inc WC.
2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed.
Sofa bed which can sleep 2 more in living room.
Amenities
Fully equipped kitchen including, Dish washer, Washing Machine, Oven and Hob also Microwave, fridge, freezer and all ancillary equipment. Bathroom and WC.
Living Room with TV and Video. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have access to the large Balcony, which has fantastic views of the Thames Estuary and Sheppey. Secure resident car parking.
Booking and Information
Minimum 3 day stay 25% Deposit in advance. Booking not confirmed till we receive deposit.
Payments by cheque to be made to “Markminster 1989 Ltd”.
7 day lets start Saturday. Flat available by 3pm on day of start.
Visitors to leave by 10.30am on last day.
On 7day lets clean and change of towels on Tuesday or Wednesday.
No pets and No Smoking policy.
Please note that this is a very quiet residential area and noise could become an issue
to our neighbours, please take this into account when booking.
